HH103
-
Endothelin 1 (ET-1), the ligand of the Endothelin receptor (ETAR), is united to ETAR and activates G protein or β-arrestin, the signaling protein under ETAR causing cancer cell proliferation / metastasis / invasion, playing a role in Inflammation, angiogenesis, anticancer drug resistance and cytoskeletal remodeling.
HH103 ETAR antibody is specifically united to the epitope of protein and competitively inhibits union between ET-1 and ETAR blocking the function of ETAR protein. This leads to inhibit signaling pathway by activation of ETAR allowing useful application as a treatment for general cancer, resistant cancer, recurrent cancer, or metastatic cancer.
